If you are not satisfied with your assigned writer or author, you are entitled to request either a change of writer/author or a full refund within 14 days of placing your order.
The 14-day period begins immediately after order placement.
Clients may request a complete refund or reassignment to a new writer at no additional cost.
No questions will be asked, and your request will be honored promptly within the given timeframe.
This policy is designed to give clients peace of mind and ensure that every project begins with trust and transparency.

All refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original order.
Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
